基于“以毒攻毒法”运用狼毒外洗方治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察狼毒外洗方治疗肛周尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法:将82例肛周尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,治疗组42例,用中药狼毒方浓煎取汁趁热浸泡患处,每天1次;对照组单纯局部外用5%咪喹莫特乳膏,隔天晚上1次。治疗12周后观察两组临床疗效。并观察两组痊愈患者停药后3个月、6个月、12个月复发率。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为80.95%和60.00%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组复发率无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:中药狼毒方治疗肛周尖锐湿疣疗效优于对照组,具有进一步开发利用及推广价值。Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Euphorbia prescription in washing Perianal condyloma accuminata. Methods ： 82 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 42 patients in the treatment group were treated with Euphorbia once a day and 40 patients in the control group were treated with 5% Imiquimod Cream at night every two days. The clinical efficacy was evaluated respectively after 12 weeks. And we observed the relapse rate of recovered patients after stopping therapy for 3,6,12 months. Results ：The total effective rate in treatment group and control group were 80.95% and 60.00% respectively. The treatment group curative effect was better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. No significant difference was found between two groups of the recurrence rate （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of Euphorbia prescription in washing outside perianal condyloma accuminata is superior to that of the control group.
