浮针疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的随机对照临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察浮针疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将62例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为两组,浮针治疗组和阿米替林药物对照组,观察两组的止痛效果。结果:治疗结束后两组的有效率分别为96.77%和87.09%;两组治疗前后SF-MPQ评分有显著差异(P<0.05),以浮针组治疗前后差值更显著(P<0.01)。结论:浮针可以有效减轻带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛程度,止痛效果优于阿米替林药物对照组。Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of superficial needling for postherpetic neuralgia. Methods：62 cases of postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups ： superficial needling group and the amitriptyline drugs control group. The analgesic effects were observed. Results：The two groups＇response rates were 96.77% and 87.09% respectively after treatment. After treatment, SF - MPQ score was significantly different in two groups （ P 〈 0.05） and after treatment the superficial needling was more significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Superficial needling can effectively reduce pain in patients of postherpetic neuralgia and is better than amitriptyline group.
