摘　　要：目的:观察肛瘘患者经辨证施护后的临床效果。方法:选取2010年8月—2011年8月收治78例肛漏手术患者,随机分为2组,对照组为常规护理组,实验组为辨证护理组。结果:实验组患者的疗效明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用对肛瘘患者辨证施护后,患者康复率明显提高。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of nursing based on syndrome differentiation for the anal fistula patients. Methods：During August 2010 to August 2011,78 patients were divided into two groups randomly. The control group used conventional nursing and model group used nursing based on syndrome differentiation. Results ： The curative effect of model group was superior to that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： By using the nursing based on syndrome differentiation in anal fistula patients ,patients＇recovery rate has been increased significantly.
