摘　　要：咳嗽是四季常发病,刘刚认为咳嗽的主要病机是邪扰肺气、肺失宣发肃降发而咳嗽,临床常见证型包括虚寒咳嗽、痰湿或痰热咳嗽、肺胃阴伤咳嗽及燥咳。为进一步理解刘老的临证,作者每一证型之后均附有验案一则,指出其辨证要点,配有点评,以飨读者。Cough is a common disease in four seasons. Professor LIU Gang considers that the main pathogenesis of cough is being disturbed, and the dispersing and descending functions of the lung is lost. The common clinical syndromes including cold cough, phlegm dampness and phlegm -heat cough ,lung and stomach yin cough and dry cough. In order to further understand LIU＇ s clinical treatment, each syndrome type was accompanied by a case, pointing out its syndrome differentiation and comments.
