松~白~丰梯级水库防洪联合调度可行性分析

摘  要:第二松花江上游的松江河已经建成多座中小型水库,第二松花江的白山、红石、丰满等水库亦已建成运行多年,为了最大限度地发挥梯级水库的防洪作用,对松江河梯级及二松梯级水库联合调度的可行性进行了分析,得出松~白~丰梯级水库是否可以进行联合调度的结论。Many medium and small reservoirs have been built in Songjianghe river in upper reaches of the Second Songhua River. The reservoirs including Baishan, Hongshi and Fengman reservoir in the Second Songhua River have operated for many years. In order to play a role in flood control of cascade reservoirs to the utmost extent, the paper analyzes the feasibility of joint operation of cascade reservoirs in Songjianhe river and the Second Songhua Riverand gets the conclusion weather the joint operation of Songjianghe-Baishan-Fengman cascade reservoirs is feasible.
