摘　　要：简述目前国内球面滚子加工中存在的问题,介绍了球面滚子外径超精机的加工原理,并对该机床的整体布局、主要部件和主要技术参数进行了分析和说明。The problems about current domestic spherical roller processing are briefly described. The processing principles of superfinishing machine for outer diameter of spherical rollers are introduced,and the overall layout,main components and main technical parameters of machine tools are analyzed and introduced.
