摘 要:采用煤自燃综合测试系统对不同质量的煤样进行了程序升温氧化实验,研究了煤样产生自燃指标气体的初始温度变化情况,结果表明,煤样质量越大,指标气体产生的温度越低。通过对交叉点温度变化的研究得到,选取煤样质量5、20 g进行指标气体分析比较合适。通过红外光谱仪对不同质量的煤样进行了差谱分析,研究了煤样中活性基团的变化情况,即煤样质量越小,煤中活性基团变化越大,利于指标气体的产生;但煤样质量越小,低温下产生的气体量越少,存在检测困难的问题。最终通过实验获得,煤样质量20 g时为指标气体最佳实验条件。Programmed temperature-rise oxidation tests on coal samples in different mass were carried out with a complex test system of coal spontaneous combustion, and research was made on the variation of initial temperature for the generation of index gases of coal sample spontaneous combustion. The results showed that the larger the mass of coal sample, the lower the temperature for the generation of index gases. The research on the temperature change at the cross point indicated that the coal sample mass of 5 g and 20 g for index gas analysis was more appropriate. Differential spectrum analysis was conducted on the coal samples in different mass with an infrared spectrometer, research was made on the changes of active groups in coal samples, and the research indicated that the smaller the mass of coal samples, the greater the change of the active groups in coal samples, so it was advantageous to the generation of the index gases ; but the smaller the mass of coal samples, the less the gas generation at low temperature, so it was difficuh to be detected. Finally, it obtained through the experiments that the coal sample mass of 20 g was the best experimental conditions for the index gases.
