摘  要:为了有效解决深井开采中出现的高温热害问题,为井下作业人员提供舒适的作业环境,在对济宁三号煤矿热害现状调研的基础上,采用分区段法计算得出工作面热源分布情况,提出采用局部降温系统对回采工作面降温的措施。局部降温系统由制冷主机、蒸发器、冷却系统三部分组成。对降温前后工作面风流热力参数进行了测试和对比分析,结果表明,降温后工作面平均干球温度降低了3.0℃,平均湿球温度降低了3.6℃,取得了较好的降温效果。In order to solve the high temperature problems occurred in the deep mining process and provide a comfortable working environment for underground personnel, the distribution of the heat sources in the working face was obtained by using the method of sectional calculation and the cooling measure for the working face by local cooling system was put forward based on the investigation of the thermal pollution status in Jining No. 3 Mine. This cooling system consisted of the refrigeration unit, evaporator and cooling water system. Measurement and comparison were made on the thermodynamic parameters of airflow in the working face before and after cooling, and the analyzing results showed that the average dry bulb temperature reduced 3.0℃ and the average wet bulb temperature reduced 3.6 ℃ at the working face after cooling, better cooling effect was achieved.
