摘  要:发掘国内高粱蚜抗性基因及其紧密连锁的分子标记,以期为培育抗蚜高粱品种奠定基础。利用SSR标记,分析抗蚜与感蚜组合TAM428×Tx622B的220个F2代单株,采用区间作图法进行高粱抗蚜的QTL分析。结果显示,试材TAM428的抗蚜性符合数量性状遗传的特点,构建了由4个标记组成的遗传连锁图,在高粱B连锁群上覆盖13.4cM,检测到1个抗蚜QTL,位于标记Xcup29与Sam61581之间,解释的变异百分比为24.7%。由此可见,研究发现了1个主效QTL控制高粱抗蚜性,其表现为显性和负向加性遗传。Identification of aphid resistance genes and their closely linked molecular markers is very important for developing aphid resistant sorghum cultivars.An F2 population with 220 lines derived from cross between TAM428 and Tx622B was analyzed using SSR markers.And interval mapping method was adopted for the analysis of aphid resistance QTL in sorghum.The aphid-resisting trait of TAM428 fit into the inheritance law of quantitative traits.A genetic linkage map was constructed,which was composed of four markers and covered 13.4cM in linkage group B.One QTL responsible for sorghum resistance to aphid was detected in this study,and mapped to the region between the molecular markers Xcup29 and Sam61581.This QTL could explain 24.7% of the total variation.In this study,a major QTL controlling sorghum resistance to aphid was identified,and inheritance of this QTL met the genetic models of dominance and negative addition.
