金银花中产绿原酸内生真菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：以不同产区金银花的不同部位为材料,采用组织块法对金银花内生真菌进行分离鉴定,并结合TLC法和HPLC法对菌株发酵液进行定性分析。结果表明,共分离得到内生真菌80株,分属于5目、5科、10属,筛选出3株产绿原酸的菌株,均属于链格孢属。金银花中存在着丰富的内生真菌,不同产区及不同部位间内生真菌的种类和数量均存在差异,河南新密产绿原酸活性菌株较多。The endophytic fungi from different parts of Lonicera japonica from different regions were isolated and identified by tissue explant method,and the fermentation broths were analyzed by TLC and HPLC method.The results showed that 80 endophytic fungi were found,which belonged to five orders,five families,ten genera,and then three endophytic fungi producing chlorogenic acid were screened out,which belonged to Alternaria.The endophytic fungi were rich in Lonicera japonica,there were differences in the amount and variety between the different regions and different parts of Lonicera japonica,and more bacterial strains which could produce chlorogenic acid were from Xinmi in Henan province.
