摘  要:为了解近年来洛阳地区犬细小病毒(CPV)的感染情况,于2011年12月-2013年11月对该地区部分宠物医院的病犬进行流行病学调查。结果显示,该地区宠物犬中CPV阳性率为4.77%,其中秋季和冬季CPV感染率较高,分别为5.51%和7.21%;CPV在不同年龄犬中的检出率介于0.09%~14.23%,其中4月龄以内犬的发病率均高于10%,随着年龄的增长其发病率逐渐降低;未经过犬细小病毒弱毒疫苗系统免疫的犬占59.28%,而经过免疫的犬仅占3.62%;对CPV其中10个VP2片段部分序列进行测定和分析发现,其核苷酸同源性介于96.3%~100%,在进化谱中属于同一分支,与10个不同国家和地区的参考毒株核苷酸序列相比,亲缘关系最近的是来自泰国的KU146_09株和台湾的CPV-87株,最远的是来自四川的CPV-SC-JM株、法国的04S6株、厄瓜多尔的2c_ME1_ECU2012株。In order to investigate the infection of canine parvovirus(CPV)in pets in Luoyang area,cases from different animal hospitals were collected and determined in December 2011-November 2013.The results showed that the positive rate of CPV was 4.77%.The infection rate of CPV peaked in autumn and winter,which was 5.51% and 7.21%,respectively.Additionally,the morbidity was associated with dog age,which ranged from 0.09% to 14.23%.The detection rate of CPV was highest in dogs aged between 0 and 4 months(above 10%),and became lower and lower along with the dog growing up.The infection rate of unimmunized dogs was 59.28%,while it was as low as 3.62% in dogs immuned completely.Nucleotide homology showed 96.3%-100% identity between the 10 VP2 gene sequences obtained in this study,which belonged to the same branch in evolutionary spectrum.The phylogenetic relationships were drawn between the CPVsequences obtained in this study and 10 selected CPV strains from various parts of the world available in the GenBank,these experimental sequences were found to be phylogenetically most closely related to the KU146_09 strain from Thailand and CPV-87 from Taiwann,the farthest to the CPV-SC-JM strain from Sichuan of China,04S6 strain from France,2c_ME1_ECU2012 strain from Ecuador.
