摘  要:为研究散叶堆积烘烤过程中烘烤环境的控制对烟叶质体色素降解转化的影响,对烘烤过程中样品的叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、类胡萝卜素含量与取样时的干球温度、湿球温度、相对湿度、叶温进行灰色典型相关分析。结果表明,烘烤过程烘烤参量对质体色素的降解转化影响程度表现为类胡萝卜素>叶绿素a>叶绿素b,温度对类胡萝卜素降解转化影响最大,烤房内的相对湿度对叶绿素a含量与叶绿素b含量的影响最大。可见,散叶堆积烘烤过程中可以通过控制一定的温度和湿度具体调节叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的转化降解,进而提高烟叶的烘烤质量。To study the effects of curing environment on the transformation and degradation of plastid pigment in loose leaf accumulation curing process,the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,and carotenoid,and dry bulb temperature,wet bulb temperature,relative humidity and leaf temperature at sampling were respectively measured,and gray canonical correlation analysis was made in curing process.The results showed that impact of curing on the degradation and transformation of plastid pigment was carotenoidchlorophyll achlorophyll b,and the temperature had the greatest impact on the degradation and transformation of carotenoid,and the relative humidity had the greatest impact on chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b in curing process.Thus,in order to improve the curing quality of tobacco,the transformation and degradation of chlorophyll and carotenoid could be adjusted by controlling the temperature and humidity in loose leaf accumulation curing process.
