摘  要:从信息不对称理论出发,分析护患双方在信息量、信息的真实性、信息的认知程度和信任度方面存在的不对称现象,进而认识到其对护患关系产生的影响表现在:患者期望超出合理水平,患者刻意隐瞒信息,护理人员诱导需求,护理人员轻视患者知情权。并由此提出解决对策:成立医德医风监督机构;完善告知制度,保障患者的知情权;建立领导定期接待制度;树立"以人为本"的服务理念;培养主动服务的意识;提高护理人员业务技能;合理配置护理人员。From the point of view of information asymmetry theory,this paper analyzed both nurses and patients asymmetry phenomenon in the amount of information,the authenticity of information,information awareness and eredibility with the influences on nurse-patient relationship:patients'expectations beyond a reasonable level,deliberately withholding information,induced demand,nursing staff nurses despise patients'right to know.The solutions were put foreard:the nursing staff should be advocating medical ethics theory,establish a " people-oriented" the service concept,to maintain the right to informed patients,establishing a regular leadership reception system; carrying out multiple channels to strengthen communication between nurses and patients,the rational allocation of nursing staff,strengthening the construction of medical ethics,improve skills,etc.
