摘  要:为了分析不同轴承布置方式对大功率机车传动系统的影响,运用Romax软件从电机枢轴弯曲变形、轴承寿命和齿轮啮合3个方面对目前3种典型传动系统轴承布置方式进行比较,计算结果表明:相比简支式、悬臂式轴承布置方式,两端式轴承布置电机枢轴的弯曲变形量小;轴承滚子承载有所改善,轴承寿命分别提高了2.67倍和23.53倍;齿面接触强度以及齿根弯曲强度显著降低,提高了齿轮强度及寿命。In order to analyze the influence of different bearing arrangement on the high-power locomotive drive system, the bending deformation of the armature axle, beating life and gear mesh were compared by Romax Designer software. The result indicated that compared with simply supported bracing structure and cantilever bracing structure, the two-terminal bracing structure had less amount of bending deformation, bearing life of which was increased by 2.67 times and 23.53 times owing to the improved working-condition of bearing rollers, and tooth contact strength as well as tooth bending strength of which were significantly reduced, thereby improving the gear strength and life.
