摘　　要：战略管理作为企业发展的核心,通过明确企业的使命和愿景,分析组织的内外部环境和条件,合理利用各种资源,实现组织目标的动态过程,目前,越来越成为企业家和学者关注的焦点。文章对战略管理的内涵、相关理论、发展历程进行了相关分析和归纳,以期对战略管理的研究成果进行梳理,为关注这项研究的学者提供帮助。Strategic management as the core of enterprise development, through a clear corporate mission and vision, analyzing the external environment and conditions for the organization, rational use of resources to achieve organizational goals dynamic process, at present, has increasingly become a concern to entrepreneurs and academics focus. In this paper, the connotation of strategic management theory, the development process were analyzed and summarized related to the results of the study of strategic management to sort out, for the attention of scholars of this study help.
