摘  要:外光珊是电动自行车光电传感器中一个关键性的塑件,其壁厚为1 ~ 1.5mm,在φ66mm与φ64+0.190mm内圆柱壁上有着30×6°+5'0mm的矩形齿.外光珊不允许有变形和错位的现象,齿槽间不允许有飞边和毛刺的存在.在采用了内、外脱件板双重脱模机构的结构之后,确保了外光珊不变形的技术要求.通过模具动模内型芯和动模外型芯之间配合精密的组装成一体,以及它们与定模型芯精密内、外形的加工,可以解决外光珊飞边、毛刺和错位的问题.Outside grating, is a key of the electric bicycle photoelectric sensors injection molded parts, its wall thickness is 1-1.Smm, inside from φ66mm and φ64mm cylindrical wall rectangular tooth with 30×6° mm. Outside grating there is no deformation and dislocation phenomenon, there is no flash and burr between tooth. On the inside and outside stripper plate after demolding mechanism of dual structure, ensure the technical requirements of external light sandy deformation. Through the mold core and dynamic model between exterior core with precision assembled into an organic whole, and they set the model with the core of precision, appearance in the processing, can solve the outside light flash, burr and dislocation.
