摘　　要：在高等教育大众化条件下,云南州市本科院校的学生工作面临着生源构成多样化、工作内容全景化、教育管理碎片化、服务供给空心化等新情况,它导致了原有工作系统内部的对抗与紧张,并推动学生工作沿着专业化的目标转型和发展。With the in Yunnan is facing work content, fragme popularization of higher education, the with new situations such as diversified student work of regional universities students＇ background, comprehensive nted education management, and many other new problems. All have pose a great challenge to student work of the universities, forcing them to develop of these and reform.
