民办高校教学管理队伍建设策略初探——以吉林省为例

摘　　要：教学管理是民办高校日常运行的一项重要工作,教学管理队伍是保障民办高校教学秩序、提升教学质量的主要力量,可以说教学管理队伍建设直接关系到教学管理工作的成败。本文以吉林省民办高校教学管理队伍建设为例,对吉林省民办高校教学管理队伍现状进行了分析,并提出了一些关于加强民办高校教学管理队伍建设的意见建议。Teaching management is an important task in the operation of private universities, and teaching management team is the ma-jor force to ensure teaching order and improve teaching quality. It can even be said that the building of teaching management team is a decisive factor for the success of teaching management. This article takes Jilin Province as an example, analyzes the current situation of teaching management team construction in private colleges and proposes some suggestions.
