中药二花青叶汤治疗颜面再发性皮炎疗效观察及研究

摘　　要：目的：观察二花青叶汤对颜面再发性皮炎的疗效。方法：本课题研究的80例过敏性皮炎患者均是2013年1月—2013年7月到十堰市人民医院皮肤科就诊的患者,年龄12~45岁,按照就诊先后随机进入治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组用二花青叶汤外洗患处20 min,每日早晚各1次。对照组给予复方樟脑乳膏外涂,每日早晚各1次,同时两组患者均口服左西替利嗪口服溶液,连用2周后观察两组的疗效。治疗后随访2个月,观察治疗后两组患者的复发情况。结果：治疗前两组患者的临床症状及体征评分比较,差异无统计学意义（t=1.05,P〉0.05）;治疗后治疗组及对照组评分与治疗前均显著降低,差异有显著统计学意义（t=16.32,P〈0.01;t=10.71,P〈0.01）;治疗后治疗组与对照组评分比较,差异有统计学意义（t=2.05,P〈0.05）。治疗组总有效率为87.5%,对照组为67.5%,两组比较差异有统计意义（χ2=4.59,P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,且复发率显著低于对照组。结论：二花青叶汤联合左西替利嗪口服溶液对颜面再发性皮炎有较好的治疗效果,且复发率低,经济实用,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the effect of Erhua Qingye decoction in the treatment of facial atopic dermatitis. Methods： 80 patients from Dermatology of Shiyan People＇s Hospital during January 2013 to July 2013, aged 12 to 45 years were selected and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each. Treatment group used the decoction washing the affected area for 20 rain, in the morning and evening. The control group received calamine lotion in the morning and evening. At the same time, the two groups took levocetirizine. After two weeks the treatment effects were observed. Follow-up for two months after the treatment, patients recurrence rates were observed. Results ： Before treatment, the difference of the patient＇s clinical symptoms and signs score was not statistically significant （ t=l.05, P〉0.05 ） ; treatment group and the control group scores were significantly lower than that before the treatment, the difference was statistically significant （ t=16.32, P〈0.01 ; t=10.71, P〈0.01 ）. After the treatment, the score difference between the treatment group and control group was statistically significant （ t=2.05, P〈0.05 ）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.5% and that was 67.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ X 2=4-59, P〈0.05 ）, so the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, and the relapse rate was significantly lower than that of＇ the control group. Conclusion ： Erhua Qingy decoctionc combined with ievocetirizine has good therapeutic： effect on the facial atopie dermatitis and the recurrence rate is very low, so it is economical and practical, worthy of clinical use.
