摘 要:目的:研究中药柚皮苷结合兔骨髓间充质干细胞对兔关节软骨缺损修复的影响,评价修复效果。方法:取兔骨髓间充质干细胞进行体外增殖,植入到兔膝关节软骨缺损,并以中药柚皮苷汤灌胃,并设立单纯柚皮苷汤组、单纯骨髓间充质干细胞组、单纯关节缺损组、复合应用组。于第8周后对修复组织进行形态学观察及组织学检查。结果:术后8周,在形态学观察及组织学检查上,单纯柚皮苷汤组、单纯骨髓间充质干细胞组均取得了一定的修复效果,但是复合组的缺损修复优于其他各组,差异有统计学意义。结论:兔骨髓间充质干细胞及口服中药柚皮苷汤均能修复兔膝关节软骨缺损,复合应用能促进软骨的修复,且提高修复质量。Objective : To further verify Naringin decoction effects on the repair of rabbit articular cartilage defects using BMSCs. Methods : Take BMSCs rabbit in vitro proliferation and implanted into rabbit articular cartilage defects by Naringin decoction feeding. Establish Naringin decoction group, BMSCs group, rabbit articular cartilage defects group, composite applications group. Morphological observation and histological examination were performed in repaired tissue at 8 weeks. Results: After 8 weeks, in morphological observation and histological examination, Nariugin decoction group and BMSCs group achieved some repair effect.However, the repair of the defect composite applications group was better than the other groups, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Results have indicated that BMSCs and Naringin decoction can repair articular cartilage defects in rabbits.Composite applications can promote cartilage repair, and improve the quality of repair.
