黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床进展

摘　　要：黄芪桂枝五物汤出自《金匮要略》,为临床常用方剂。此方由黄芪、芍药、桂枝、生姜、大枣组成,功效为益气温经和血通痹。糖尿病周围神经病变属于中医学"痹症""痿症"的范畴。近几年此方及其加减方用于临床治疗糖尿病周围神经病变已取得较广泛应用,现将其近6年的临床应用结果进行分析整理,探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤药效学及其治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床运用研究的概况。Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is a common complication of diabetes mellitus, which could be defined as the blood arthralgia in Chinese medicine theory. Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction （ HQGZWWD ）, a traditional Chinese medicine edited in Jinkuiyaolue, is a commonly-used prescription to treat blood arthralgia. In recent years, lots of clinical studies on DPN treated with HQGZWWD were issued. HQGZWWD has certain effects on diabetic peripheral neuropathy and predominates in the integral medication of multi-factorial, multi-target action. In this paper, the experimental studies concerning the effects of HQGZWWD on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in recent 6 years were reviewed.
