止痛散穴位贴敷治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察止痛散治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将144例寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组,对照组：口服甲氨蝶呤（MTX）,第1周5 mg,第2周7.5 mg,第3周起10 mg周1次口服;试验组：在口服MTX基础上采用止痛散穴位贴敷,每5 d 1次,连续3次。观察治疗前、4周、12周后关节晨僵时间、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、CRP和不良反应情况。结果：试验组在治疗3~4周后临床症状逐渐缓解;对照组在治疗5~6周后临床症状逐渐缓解。试验组治疗4周及12周后在关节晨僵时间、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数、CRP改善方面均优于对照组;试验组ACR20有效率77.61%,对照组56.52%;试验组总有效率89.55%,对照组总有效率72.46%。结论：止痛散穴位贴敷治疗寒湿痹阻型类风湿关节炎安全有效。Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Analgesia Power in the treatment of cold and dampness blockage of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 144 cases of cold and dampness blockage of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups. In control group ： oral methotrexate （ MTX ）, the first week 5 mg, the second week 7.5 rag, 10 mg a week from the third week, orally once. In experimental groups ： MTX, the use of oral Analgesia Power aeupoint application, once every 5 days, 3 times in a row. We observed the joint time of morning stiffness, tender joint count, swollen joint count, CRP and adverse reactions before treatment, 4 weeks, 12 weeks after treatment. Results ： In the experimental group 3-4 weeks after treatment, clinical symptoms gradually eased. In control group 5-6 weeks after treatment, the clinical symptoms gradually eased. Experimental group＇s morning stiffness in the joints, joint tenderness, swollen joint count, CRP improvements were better than those of the control group 4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment. The experimental group＇s ACR20 efficient was 77.61% and the control group＇s was 56.52%. The experimental group＇s total efficiency was 89.55% and in the control group, the total efficiency was 72.46%. Conclusion ： Analgesia Power aeupoint sticking therapy is safe and effective for rheumatoid arthritis of cold and dampness blockage.
