痔疮散在肛门直肠疾病术后应用

摘　　要：目的:为了探讨减轻肛门疾病术后疼痛、出血、渗出、水肿等并发症及促进创面愈合的有效治疗方法。方法:将521例患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组281例,术后第1天开始用痔疮散进行熏洗,对照组240例,用1∶1000高锰酸钾熏洗。结果:观察组总有效率90.39%,对照组总有效率73.33%,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:痔疮散具有清热解毒、消肿止痛、止血生肌的作用,对减轻并发症及促进创面愈合,疗效确切。Objective ： To explore the effective methods for alleviating complications such as pain, bleeding, exudation, edema and promoting wound healing after operation of rectum and anus disease. Methods： 521 patients were divided into two groups： the treatment group and the control group. 281 cases in the treatment group were fumigated with Haemorrhoids Power from the first day after operation while 240 cases in the control group were fumigated with potassium Permanganate. Results ： The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was respectively 90.39% and 73.33%. There was markedly significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Haemorrhoids Power has the function of clearing heat and detoxifying, releasing swelling analgesia, hemostasia and fresh-growing. Its effect is accurate for alleviating complications and promoting wound healing.
