纠错机制缺失与苏共衰败探析

摘　　要：苏共的衰败最具本体论意义的是关于苏联模式,这一模式的产生和形成具有历史的合理性,也有长期运行后形成的严重弊端,关键是它纠错机制的缺失。苏共领导之所以没能构建和完善相应的纠错机制,一方面是当政的主要领导者自身没有认识其弊端并加以改革;另一方面是继任者对苏联模式的固守而屡失改革机遇,一错再错使得各种矛盾激化,最终爆发了经济、政治和社会危机而沉疴难起。The greatest ontological meaning of the failure of the Soviet Union is related to the Soviet Union Mod-el. The generation and forming of the model had its historical reasonability,and also has serious deficits especial-ly the missing of error - correcting mechanism,after long - term running. Why the leaders of the Communist Par-ty of the Soviet Union（CPSU）failed to build and perfect corresponding error - correcting mechanism？On the one hand,the main leaders themselves did not recognize the deficits and did not reform them. On the other hand, the successors,firmly entrenched in the Soviet Union model,failed to grasp the opportunities of reform. Due to the intensifying of contradictions,economic,political and social crises broke out finally.
