摘  要:儒家管理哲学是中国传统文化的重要组成部分。儒家用人思想主要体现在用人以贤的总体思想、德才兼备的用人标准,注重礼乐教化的人才培育机制,察言、观行的人才识别机制,在此基础上,还得讲究用人策略。将儒家与法家等其它学派用人思想比较的基础上来探析儒家人性论和管理的终极价值目的,可以为当前的识人、用人的难题提供一些借鉴价值。Confucian management philosophy is an important component of Chinese traditional culture. The per-sonnel philosophy of Confucianism is mainly embodied in the general principle of emphasizing virtue,the talent selection standard of equal stress on both integrity and ability,the talent cultivation mechanism of etiquette and music education,the talent recognizing mechanism of observing one’s saying and deeds and,in addition,the tac-tics of personnel management. This paper,based on the comparison of Confucian personnel philosophy with other schools,probes into the Confucian view of human nature and the ultimate goal of management,so as to provide some references for solving the current problems in recognizing and utilizing talents.
