摘  要:针对金川700 kt/a治炼烟气制酸转化工序换热器Ⅲ运行中存在的腐蚀问题,从设备、材料及工艺等三方面对其腐蚀原因进行了研究,分析认为一吸塔捕沫效率低、酸雾和水分偏高、缩放管材质选择是换热器Ⅲ腐蚀的主要原因,并制定了相应防护措施:降低净化出口烟气温度、提高干燥效率、改进急扩加速流缩放管,从根本上解决了腐蚀问题,效果良好,具有借鉴意义。For the corrosion issue in the operation of heat exchanger Ⅲ in the conversion section of the 700 kt /a smelter gas-based sulfuric acid plant of Chemical Factory of Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.,research has been conducted for the cause of the corrosion in three aspects: equipment,material and process. It is concluded through the analysis that major causes for corrosion in heat exchanger Ⅲ are low efficiency of mist capture by the 1st absorber,high acid mist and moisture,and selection of the converging-diverging tube material. And relevant preventive measures are developed: reduce temperature of smelter gas at the outlet of the purification,increase the drying efficiency,improve with the sharp expansion and accelerated flow converging-diverging tubes,which has fundamentally solved the corrosion problem,with excellent performance. And it offers great significance.
