两种龟消化道黏膜上皮的扫描电镜观察(英文)

摘　　要：利用扫描电镜对黄喉拟水龟和乌龟的消化道黏膜上皮进行了观察.结果显示,黄喉拟水龟胃黏膜上皮有发达的沟、回结构,在胃的贲门区可见指状突起的黏膜上皮细胞.胃体部的黏膜上皮细胞较大,柱状,表面多数呈五边形或六边形.在一些黏膜上皮细胞中,可见明显的分泌孔.在胃的幽门区,可见突起的微脊.在十二指肠中,可见横行的主皱襞和次皱襞,表面分布着形态不规则的细胞,可见沟、回结构;表面有很多杯状细胞,大多呈圆形.在回肠,可见纵行皱襞,吸收细胞表面不规则,有很多肠腺开口.大肠的黏膜皱襞较浅,可见杯状细胞分布于其中.乌龟胃黏膜上皮表面结构与黄喉拟水龟相似.可见两种不同形状的黏膜上皮细胞,一种为中央凹陷,排列紧密,呈鳞状;另一种为中央稍突起,呈不规则型.胃底部可见很多分泌细胞,在这些细胞中可见乳头状突起,在一些乳头状突起的中央可见分泌孔.小肠上皮细胞结构与黄喉拟水龟相似.大肠黏膜上皮细胞中可见簇状排列的黏液分泌细胞.在两种龟的胃黏膜上皮细胞中均可见胃小凹结构,但未见微绒毛结构,也无杯状细胞.The mucosa of digestive tract in Mauremys mutica and Chinemys reevesii were studied by scanning electron microscope.The results showed that,in Mauremys mutica,there are developed channel and promontory in stomach.There are fingerlike protuberant mucosa epithilia in the cardia section of stom-ach.The mucosa epithilia is larger,stylolitic,pentagon or hexagon on stomach body surface.In some mucosa epithilia,there are obvious secretory hole.In the pyloric section of stomach,the protuberant tiny ridge is seen.In duodenum,there are transverse main plica and petit plica.There are irregular cells in the surface of duodenum,and the channel and promontory are seen.There are many circular goblet cells in the surface of duodenum.In ileum,the longitudinal plica is seen,the surface of absorptive cell is ir-regular and there are many holes of intestinal gland.in large intestine,the plica is shallow and the goblet cells are seen.In Chinemys reevesii,the structure of stomach mucosa epithilia is similar to Mauremys mu-tica.There are two different form of mucosa epithilia.The one is center sunk mucosa epithilia,close ar-rangement,like scale.The other is center little protuberant mucosa epithilia,and is anomalous.There are many secretory cells in bottom of stomach,and the mamillary prominency is seen in these cells. There are secretory holes in the mamillary prominency center of some secretory cells.The structure of mu-cosa epithilia of small intestine in Chinemys reevesii is also similar to Mauremys mutica.The cluster ar-rangement of mucus secreting cells is seen in the mucosa epithilia of large intestine of Chinemys reevesii. The stomach faveolus are seen in the mucosa epithilia,but microvillus and beaker cell are not seen in the stomach of two turtles.
