复方木尼孜其颗粒联合红-蓝光治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方木尼孜其颗粒联合红-蓝光治疗面部脂溢性皮炎的临床效果.方法:将160例脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组80例,治疗组采用复方木尼孜其颗粒联合红-蓝光治疗,对照组单口服复方木尼孜其颗粒,研究分析其治疗效果.结果:治疗组用药后2、4及6周的痊愈率分别为6.25%、37.5%、63.75%,总有效率分别为15%、67.5%、92.5%,对照组用药后2、4及6周的痊愈率分别为2.5%、11.25%、37.5%,总有效率分别为7.5%、30%、65%,比较两组之间痊愈率及总有效率均有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:复方木尼孜其颗粒联合红-蓝光治疗面部脂溢性皮炎疗效较好,无明显副作用,是治疗面部脂溢性皮炎较好的方法之一.Aim：To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Muniziqi Granules combined with red-blue light phototherapy in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis.Methods：A total of 160 patients diag-nosed with seborrheic dermatitis are randomly divided into two groups.80 patients in the treatment group received Compound Muniziqi Granules in combination with red-blue light phototherapy while the 80 atients in control received Cpound Muniziqi Granules alone.Results：2,4 and 6 weeks after treatment, the cure rate in treatment group were 6.25%,37.5%and 63.75%,the total effective rate of treatment group were 15%,7.5% and 92.5% respectively,while the cure rate in control group were 2.5%, 1 1.25% and 37.5%,the total effective rate were 7.5%、30%、65%respectively.The difference in cure rate and effective rate between the two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion：The combination of Compound Muniziqi Granules and red-blue light phototherapy in the treatment of seborrhe-ic dermatitis is one of the effective and safe treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis.
