摘　　要：国土资源是经济社会发展的物质基础,是国计民生和国家安全的重要保障。切实保护、合理开发利用国土资源对促进地区经济社会发展具有十分重要的意义。分析了庆阳市砂矿资源的发展状况,对砂矿资源的合理开发规划进行了阐述,针对砂矿开采过程中出现的问题提出针对性的措施及建议。Land and Resources is the material basis of economic and social development, it is also an important guarantee of the people’s livelihood and national security. Effective protection, rational development and use of land and resources to pro-mote regional economic and social development has a very important significance. This paper analyzes the development of mineral resources in Qingyang City, the reasonable development plan for the placer resources is discussed in this paper, aim-ing at the problems appeared in the process of placer mining, puts forward the measures and suggestions.
