中药四黄水蜜外敷治疗癌性爆发痛45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药四黄水蜜外敷治疗癌性爆发痛的临床疗效。方法:选择在基础止痛治疗基础上出现中重度爆发性疼痛的恶性肿瘤患者45例,局部外敷中药四黄水蜜后观察爆发痛缓解的程度及持续时间。结果:45例患者中,显效29例,有效9例,无效7例,总有效率84.4%,显效率64.4%。其中对中度疼痛疗效确切,重度疼痛疗效较差;对内脏痛和躯体痛的患者均有效,且二者疗效相当。结论:四黄水蜜外敷治疗中度癌性爆发痛疗效确切,可进一步进行临床研究及推广应用。To observe the clinical curative effect of external application of Sihuang Shuimi in the treatment of paroxysmal cancer pain. Methods： The researchers selected 45 patients with malignant tumor who felt moderate or severe paroxysmal cancer pain after receiving the basic pain treatment. Then observed the level of pain relief and duration of pain after giving local external application of Sihuang Shuimi. Results：There were 29 markedly effective cases, 9 effective cases, and 7 invalid cases among 45 patients received observation. The total efficiency was 84.4%, markedly effective rate was 64.4%. The curative effect of moderate pain was sure, but the curative effect was poor for those who suffered severe pain. It was also effective for those patients with visceral pain and physical pain of patients, and the effect was equivalent. Conclusion： The effect of external application of Sihuang Shuimi in the treatment of paroxysmal cancer pain is sure, the researchers can conduct further clinical research and application.
