中药肺必清颗粒治疗小儿支气管肺炎40例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：观察肺必清颗粒治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。将80例患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予0.9%氯化钠1.5mL布地奈德1mg(压力泵)气雾化吸入,观察组加用肺必清颗粒加减,对照组加用常规西药治疗。观察组有效率为95%,显著高于对照组的75%。研究表明,肺必清颗粒对支气管肺炎治疗有效,值得推广。To observe clinical effects of Feibiqing granule on treating bronchopneumonia in children. 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, all patients were given 1.5mL of 0.9%sodium chloride and inhaled aerosolized budesonide 1mg （pressure pump）. The observation group was given Feibiqing granule more, another was given routine western medicine more. The total efficacy in the observation was 95%, obviously higher than 75% in the control. Research showed that Feibiqing granule was effective for bronchopneumonia, and worthy of clinical promotion.
