抑睾调经汤联合达英-35治疗青春期PCOS临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较单用达英-35和联用达英-35及抑睾调经汤治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,PCOS)的效果。方法:将96例确诊的青春期多囊卵巢综合征患者分为单用组和联用组,用药前和用药后均抽血测定卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)在循环血中的游离浓度以及测量双侧卵巢的体积和卵泡的数量。结果:单用组和联用组在治疗前的三种激素水平,卵巢体积和卵泡数量无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗青春期多囊卵巢综合征三个月后,联用组比单用组在降低三种激素水平,减少卵巢体积和卵泡数量有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:联用达英-35和抑睾调经汤,能够显著改善患者卵巢多囊状态,对多囊卵巢有一定的治疗作用。To compare Diane-35 alone and combined with Diane-35 and the Yigao Tiaojing decoction treating adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome （Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, PCOS） results. Methods： 96 cases diagnosed in adolescents with polycystic ovary syndrome patients were divided into single-use group and combination group, before treatment and after treatment were measured for blood measuring follicle stimulating hormone （FSH）, luteinizing hormone （LH）, testosterone （T） in the concentration of free circulating blood volume and ovaries as well as the number of follicles. Results：Alone group and combination group before treatment of the three hormone levels, ovarian volume and the number of follicles was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Treatment of adolescents with polycystic ovary syndrome after three months, together with a group than alone group three hormones in the lower levels, reduce the number of follicles and ovarian volume were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Combined with Diane-35 and the Yigao Tiaojing decoction can significantly improve the condition of patients with polycystic ovaries, women with polycystic ovary have a therapeutic effect.
