芪地通便汤治疗中风偏瘫病人气阴两虚型便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察芪地通便汤治疗中风偏瘫病人气阴两虚型便秘临床疗效。方法:156例中风偏瘫气阴两虚型便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组80例,对照组76例,治疗组给芪地通便汤中药煎剂治疗,对照组给予西药果导片治疗。结果:治疗结束后4周,两组相比较治疗组的治愈率及总有效率都较对照组高。两组间治疗后疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芪地通便汤治疗中风偏瘫病人气阴两虚型便秘疗效确切。To observe the clinical efficacy of Qidi Tongbian decoction on treating constipation in Qiyin Liangxu hemiplegia patients. Methods：156 patients with constipation were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=80） and the control group （n=76）. Patients were given Qidi Tongbian decoction in the treatment group, and phenolphthelein in the control. Results： In 4 weeks, curative ratio and total efficacy in the treatment group were better than those in the control. The difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Qidi Tongbian decoction was effective on constipation in patients with apoplectic hemiplegia.
