自拟黄芪桂枝葛根散治疗雷诺氏病52例疗效分析

摘　　要：观察黄芪桂枝葛根散治疗雷诺氏病的临床疗效。68例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予黄芪桂枝葛根散,对照组给予常规西药治疗。治疗组治愈35例,好转15例,无效2例,有效率为96.2%,对照组治愈3例,好转7例,无效6例,有效率为62.5%。黄芪桂枝葛根散治疗雷诺氏病疗效显著,值得临床应用。To observe clinical efficacy of Huangqi Guizhi Gegen San on Raynaud’s disease. 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups;the treatment group was given Huangqi Guizhi Gegen San;another was given routine western medicine. In the treatment group, 35 cases were cured, 15 for improvement, 2 for invalid, the efficacy was 96.2%; in the control, 3 cases were cured, 7 for improvement, 6 for invalid, the efficacy was 62.5%. Huangqi Guizhi Gegen San was good at treating Raynaud’s disease, and worthy of clinical application.
