钬激光治疗输尿管结石并息肉39例临床报告

摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管结石并息肉的临床疗效。方法研究39例输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管结石并息肉的患者的临床资料。结果本组38例患者一期手术治疗获得成功,1例改为开放手术,手术成功率为97.3%。术中无并发症出现,无输尿管穿孔、撕裂等相关并发症出现。随访6个月,无输尿管狭窄出现。结论输尿管镜下钬激光治疗输尿管结石并息肉具有效果好、损伤小、恢复快等优点,治疗输尿管结石并息肉安全有效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of holmium laser in the treatment of ureteral calculi and polyps. Methods To study clinical data of 39 cases of ureteral calculi polyp cases. Results All 38 cases of one-stage operation was successful, 1 case changed to open surgery, surgical success rate was 97.3%. There were no complications, ureteral perforation, tearing and other related complications. Follow-up of 6 months, no ureteral stenosis appeared. Conclusion Holmium laser in the treatment of ureteral calculi and polyps under ureteroscopy has a good effect with small damage, quick recovery, and it is safe and effective.
