颈前路减压植骨钛板内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析脊髓型颈椎病治疗中应用颈前路减压植骨钛板内固定治疗的效果。方法 50例脊髓型颈椎病患者,均采取颈前路减压植骨钛板内固定治疗,对治疗效果进行分析。结果 50例患者住院时间为(10.3±1.7)d,椎间植骨均达到骨性融合;经随访治疗优良率为96.0%,患者治疗后JOA评分显著提高。结论在脊髓型颈椎病治疗中颈前路减压植骨钛板内固定治疗可发挥显著疗效,安全可靠,可提高患者生活质量,值得在临床中推广。Objective To analyze effect of anterior cervical decompression and bone graft titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment cervical spondilotic myelopathy. Methods All 50 patients with cervical myelopathy were taken anterior cervical decompression and bone graft titanium plate fixation for the treatment effect analysis. Results Hospitalized time for 50 patients were （10.3＆#177;1.7） d, reached the bone inter body fusion;follow-up treatment, excellent rate was 96.0%, JOA score improved significantly. Conclusion Anterior cervical decompression and bone graft titanium plate internal fixation has a good effect in the treatment cervical spondilotic myelopathy, which is safe and reliable and can improve the life quality of patients, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
