奥瑞姆自护模式在2型糖尿病患者护理中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨奥瑞姆自护模式在2型糖尿病患者护理中的价值。方法 2型糖尿病患者70例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组:采用常规专业护理。观察组:采用奥瑞姆自护模式干预。结果干预后,观察组自我概念、自护责任感、自我护理技能、健康知识水平以及自护能力总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用奥瑞姆自护模式对2型糖尿病患者进行护理干预,可以有效控制患者血糖,提高患者自我管理疾病的能力。Objective To study value of orem self-care model in nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Divided 70 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients into two groups. Control group received conventional professional nursing, observation group received orem self-care model. Results After the intervention, self concept, self responsibility, self care skills,health knowledge and self-care ability score in observation group were better than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The effect of orem self-care model on patients with type 2 diabetes is good, so it is worth of promotion.
