摘　　要：急危重症护士的护理能力对各类急危重症患者的初期救治质量和护理安全起着至关重要的作用。调研资料显示，新疆喀什地区急危重症专科护士培训资源匮乏。目前，我国尚未形成完善的急危重症专科护士培训体系，现有的急危重症专科护士培训资源也不能辐射至偏远的新疆地区。本文介绍了以案例模拟教学为基础的急危重症护士护理能力发展学习系统的研发，以期为新疆喀什地区各医院急危重症护士提供系统的专科培训。Nursing competencies of emergency and critical care nurses play a vital role in quality of the early treatment of various types of acute and critically ill patients and the safety of care. We found that the training resources are deficient in a research into nursing competencies of intensive care nurses in Kashi, Xinjiang. However, China has not yet formed a complete specialized training system of Intensive nurse, and the existing system cannot cover the remote region of Xinjiang. Therefore, in view of the short of training resources of Intensive of nurses in Xinjiang, the author, based on simulated case learning, developed an acute and critical care nurse nursing competency learning system in order to provide specialized training for intensive nurse in the hospitals in Kashi.
