摘　　要：基于目前深圳市地籍调查的特点,对地籍调查前期工作的流程进行了分析探讨。本研究采用权属宗地核减和图层划分的原则,大大减少工作量,提高工作效率。相信对从事相关工作的同行和国土部门有着重要的参考价值和借鉴意义。Based on the characteristics of the current Shenzhen cadastral survey, the preliminary work for the cadastral survey process was analyzed and discussed. In this study, the principle adoping the division of the parcelland subtract layers, will greatly reduce the workload and improve work efficiency for. I believe that it is an important reference value and reference meaning for working peers and land departments.
