MEEK植皮与网状植皮的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:比较MEEK植皮与网状植皮的临床疗效。方法:选取采用MEEK植皮手术治疗的大面积深度烧伤患者18例为MEEK组,同期采用网状植皮手术的大面积烧伤患者18例为网状植皮组,然后将两组患者的手术时间、取皮面积、皮片存活率、皮片融合时间、住院时间、费用等进行比较。结果:MEEK组手术时间短,取皮面积小,皮片融合时间短、总住院时间、费用减少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但皮片存活率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MEEK综合优势大于网状植皮,值得进一步推广普及。Objective To compare MEEK mesh skin graft skin grafting and clinical efficacy. Method January 2010 - 2013 in August I MEEK skin graft surgery department with a large area of deep burns MEEK group of 18 patients with the same period a mesh skin graft sur-gery 18 patients with extensive burns a mesh skin graft group,then the two groups were operative time,take the skin area,skin graft surviv-al,skin graft integration time,total hospitalization time,costs were compared. Results MEEK operative time is short,take the skin area is small,skin graft integration time is short,total hospitalization time,cost reduction,and the difference was statistically significant（ P ﹤0. 05）,but the skin graft survival difference was not statistically significant（P ﹥ 0. 05 ）. Conclusion MEEK comprehensive advantages out-weigh the mesh skin graft,worthy of further popularized.
