摘 要:目的:通过本研究,搞清楚米槁精油的水蒸气蒸馏的提取条件,用以避免提取不完全,造成资源浪费。方法:通过单因素实验,考查提取过程中的浸泡时间、蒸馏时间、加水量、粉粹度对米槁精油提取的影响,确定最佳参数。用最佳参数进行验证实验。结果:优选出的最佳参数为:粉碎度60/1,料液比为1∶12,浸泡1.0 h,提取7.0 h。结论:用最佳参数进行验证实验,平均提取率为6.09%,能重现实验结果,说明所优选的参数可用。Objective:To find out the extraction conditions of Cinnamomum migao H.W.Li essential oil by steam distillation in this study,so as to avoid the waste of resources due to the incomplete extraction.Methods:The single-factor experiments were performed to investigate the effects on the extraction rate of migao essential oil of the soaking time,distillation time,water addition,and the extent of pulverizing,and to make sure the optimal parameters.And the results of them can be verified by the other experiment performed under the condition of the optimum parameters.Results:The optimized parameters were particle size diameter of 60 /1,solid-liquid ratio of 1:12,soaking time of 1.0 h and distillation time of 6.0 h.The average extraction rate of migao essential oil is 6.09% in the verifying experiment.Conclusion:The results can be reappeared,so the selected parameters can be used.
