摘 要:海上风机结构的疲劳破坏往往是从节点开始的,管节点的疲劳损伤是导致结构整体失效破坏的最薄弱环节,基于其受力特点,确定多平面Y型管节点轴向力加载方式。采用实体单元,建立三平面及五平面Y型管节点有限元模型。计算得到在轴向力作用下节点沿焊缝应力集中因子的分布,表明多撑杆间的相互作用对SCF具有影响。并将数值结果同规范中的经验公式计算值进行对比,证明了经验公式的局限性。The damage of the offshore wind turbine structure often starts from the tubular joints which are the weakest parts leading to fatigue failure of the whole structure.Based on the mechanical characteristics of the practical offshore wind turbines,the loading methods under axial forces of steel multi-planar tubular Y-joints are determined.Using solid element,the finite element models of threeplanar and five-planar tubular Y-joints are established,respectively.The distributions of the stress concentration factors along the weld of the three-planar and the five-planar tubular Y-joints under the axial loads which indicates the effects of interaction between the brace on SCFs are obtained.Then the numerical SCF results are compared with the empirical ones from DNV-RP-C203,proving the limitations of the empirical formulas.
