桑蚕废弃物的资源化利用现状与分析

摘　　要：我国蚕桑资源丰富,在其资源生物种植/养殖过程中产生大量废弃的桑枝条、落叶、幼果、蚕沙等废弃物;在其资源性产品深加工制造过程中产生大量桑枝、桑叶、桑白皮的废渣等;在缫丝生产过程中产生大量废水、蚕蛹等废弃物,从而造成蚕桑资源的浪费和环境的污染。对蚕桑资源及其利用现状、蚕桑资源产业化过程中产生的废弃物及其可利用物质、废弃物的利用途径及其产业化等方面进行归纳与分析,以期为蚕桑资源的高效综合利用及其利用价值的提升、蚕桑废弃物的资源化及其产业链延伸提供科学依据和参考。Our country has an abundant mulberry and silkworm resources. A great mass of mulberry branch, mulberry leaves, mulberry, and silkworm excrement were discarded during the planting mulberry trees and breeding silkworms;A large amounts of residues of mulberry branch, mulberry leaves, and cortex mori were generated during the preparation process of deep processed products;A great deal of waste water and silkworm chrysalis were wasted during silk reeling productive process;These conditions lead to mulberry and silkworm resources waste and environmental pollution seriously. This article analyzes the present situations of mulberry and silkworm resources and its utilization, waste and the useful substances, the utilized ways of waste and their industrialization based on our previous researches. These data might provide guidance and reference for comprehensive utilization of mulberry and silkworm resources, utility value promotion and industry chain extension.
