摘 要:目的探讨高强度运动对大鼠关节液软骨寡聚基质蛋白(cartilage oligomeric matrix protein,COMP)及关节软骨的影响。方法 SD大鼠20只随机分为对照组和高强度运动组各10只,高强度运动组行8周高强度跑台运动,对照组不进行运动训练;8周后取大鼠股骨髁软骨行组织病理学检查观察其组织学变化,采用ELISA法检测2组大鼠关节液COMP水平。结果高强度运动组大鼠膝关节出现不同关节软骨损伤的表现,关节液COMP水平((14.1±2.3)μg/L)明显高于对照组((5.6±1.4)μg/L))(P<0.05)。结论高强度运动可造成关节软骨损伤,关节液中COMP表达水平与创伤性关节炎发生有关。Objective To explore influence of high high-load treadmill running on cartilage oligomeric matrix protein(COMP)in synovia and articular cartilage of rats.Methods Twenty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into highload group and control group,with 10 rats in each group.High-load group received high-load treadmill running taining for 8weeks,and control group did not exercise.The histological changes of cartilage from femoral condyle of knee joint were examined by HE stain and the level of COMP in synovial fluid was detected by ELISA technique.Results The injured articular cartilage of knee were found in high-load group.The level of COMP in synovial fluid was significantly higher in high-load group((14.1±2.3)μg/L)than that in control group((5.6±1.4)μg/L)(P〈0.05).ConclusionHigh-load treadmill running could cause articular cartilage injury,and the level of COMP in synovial fluid is associated with post-traumatic osteoarthritis.
