150例特应性皮炎患儿皮肤屏障功能分析

摘　　要：目的分析特应性皮炎（atopic dermatitis,AD）患儿及健康儿童皮肤屏障功能的差异。方法 1~10岁AD患儿（AD组）和健康儿童（对照组）各150例,取其前臂伸侧、前臂屈侧、面颊和胫前4个非皮损部位,依次进行角质层含水量及经皮失水量测量,并进行比较。结果 AD组前臂伸侧、前臂屈侧及胫前部角质层含水量分别为（33.30±11.50）、（28.98±11.51）、（36.36±14.99）au,对照组分别为（36.31±11.90）、（32.75±11.92）、（39.19±15.00）au,2组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;AD组面颊角质层含水量（（35.56±13.01）au）与对照组（（36.25±12.98）au）比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;AD组前臂伸侧、前臂屈侧、面颊和胫前部经皮失水量（（9.30±4.29）、（8.86±4.59）、（8.13±3.98）、（8.85±3.84）g/（m2·h））均高于对照组（（7.51±4.89）、（6.70±2.35）、（7.09±4.01）、（7.70±3.09）g/（m2·h））（P〈0.05）。结论 AD患儿皮肤屏障功能存在明显障碍。Objective To evaluate the differences of skin barrier function in children with atopic dermatitis（AD）and healthy children.Methods The corneous layer water content and transepidermal water loss（TEWL）were measured and compared in normal appearing nonlesional skin at four body sites（dorsal,volar forearm,cheek and anterior shin）in 150 children with AD（AD group）and 150 healthy children（control group）aged from 1to 10 years old.Results The corneous layer water contents of the dorsal,volar forearm and anterior shin were（33.30±11.50）,（28.98±11.51）and（36.36±14.99）au in AD group,and（36.31±11.90）,（32.75±11.92）and（39.19±15.00）au in control group,showing significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the corneous layer water content in the cheek between two groups（（35.56±13.01）,（36.25±12.98）au）（P〉0.05）.TEWL values of the dorsal,volar forearm,cheek and anterior shin were（9.30±4.29）,（8.86±4.59）,（8.13±3.98）and（8.85±3.84）g/（m2·h）in AD group,higher than those in control group（（7.51±4.89）,（6.70±2.35）,（7.09±4.01）and（7.70±3.09）g/（m2·h））（P〈0.05）.Conclusion AD children have obvious impairment of skin barrier function.
