痰热清联合阿糖腺苷治疗儿童手足口病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清注射液联合阿糖腺苷注射液治疗手足口病的疗效。方法手足口病患儿160例,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例,观察组给予痰热清联合阿糖腺苷注射液,均1次/d,静脉滴注;对照组给予阿糖腺苷注射液,1次/d,静脉滴注,2组均连续应用5d。观察2组体温恢复至正常的时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、疱疹消退时间、住院时间,并比较总有效率及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率(96.3%)高于对照组(85.0%)(P<0.05);观察组体温恢复至正常的时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、疱疹消退时间及住院时间分别为(2.55±0.35)、(3.06±0.24)、(3.32±0.75)、(5.28±1.34)d,对照组分别为(4.23±0.58)、(5.24±0.84)、(4.30±1.21)、(7.25±1.03)d,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论痰热清联合阿糖腺苷治疗手足口病安全、有效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection plus adenine arabinoside on hand-food-mouth disease.Methods A total of 160 patients with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 80 patients in each group.Observation group received intravenous infusion of Tanreqing and adenine arabinoside and control group received intravenous infusion of adenine arabinoside once a day,totally for 5days.These two groups were observed the defervescence time,the healing time of oral ulcer,the disappearing time of herpes,hospitalization stay,the total effective rate and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate was 96.3% in observation group,higher than that in control group（85.0%）（P〈0.05）.The defervescence time,the healing time of oral olcer,the disappearing time of herpes and hospitalization stay were（2.55±0.35）,（3.06±0.24）,（3.32±0.75）and（5.28±1.34）days in observation group,and（4.23±0.58）,（5.24±0.84）,（4.30±1.21）and（7.25±1.03）days in control group,respectively,showing significant differences between two groups（P〈0.05）.No adverse reactions were observed in both two groups.Conclusion Tanreqing injection plus adenine arabinoside is effective and safe for hand-foodmouth disease.
