稳定化处理对ZA35-0.3Sr合金电化学性能的影响

摘  要:采用电化学Tafel极化曲线测量、阻抗谱测试和组织分析,确定了ZA35-0.3Sr合金适宜的稳定化处理工艺。试验结果表明,ZA35-0.3Sr合金经适宜稳定化处理后,消除了晶界ε相,大大减少了枝晶偏析,基本消除了非平衡β相,腐蚀电流密度相比于未处理前减小了75.69%。合金的耐蚀性增强的主要原因是稳定化处理时电荷转移导致反应过程的电阻增加和电极双电层电容的显著下降。ZA35-0.3Sr合金采用的稳定化处理工艺为350℃×4 h。The stabilizing temperature and time of the ZA35-0.3Sr alloy were presented by electrochemical measurement of Tafel polarization curves, impedance spectroscopy test and microstructure analysis. The results show that the ε phase disappears due to dissolution into the matrix,and the non-equilibrium fl phase at grain boundaries are eliminated after suitable stabilizing treatment for ZA35-0.3% Sr alloy. The corrosion current density is reduced by 75.69 % and the corrosion resistance of the alloy is enhanced obviously compared with those of the alloy without treatment. The ZA35-0.3Sr alloy with excellent cor- rosion resistance after stabilizing treatment is attributed to the increase of charge transfer reaction resist- ance and decrease significant of electrode electric double layer capacitor. The proper stabilizing treatment is at 350 ℃ for 4 h.
