摘  要:设计了结晶器可旋转的电渣炉,并研究了不同的结晶器旋转速度对电渣钢锭中氧化铝夹杂物去除的能力。结果表明,当结晶器旋转速度为O~28r/min时,随着结晶器旋转速率的增加,电渣钢锭中的氧化铝夹杂尺寸逐渐变小。其主要原因是结晶器的旋转促进了金属液滴尺寸的细化,扩大了金属液滴与渣池的接触面积,改善了渣一钢反应的动力学条件;同时渣池的运动也会带动金属液滴在渣池的运动,使金属液滴在渣池中运动路线更长,停留时间更长,能充分与熔渣反应,动力学条件更好。但是当结晶器旋转速度进一步增加至35r/min,夹杂物的尺寸反而进一步增加,主要原因是过高的运动速度导致金属液滴及金属熔池的激烈运动,反而将熔渣带入钢液中,降低电渣重熔的精炼能力。A electroslag remelting furnace with rotary mould was designed, and effects of the mould rota- tion speed on the degassing efficiency of A1203 inclusion in electroslag remelting ingot were analyzed. The results show that when the mould rotating speed is in range of 0~28 r/rain, the size of A1203 in- clusion is decreased gradually in electroslag ingot with the increase of mould rotating speed. The mould rotation can promote the refinement of metal droplet, enlarge the contact area between metal droplet with slag bath and improve dynamic condition of steel-slag reaction. At the same time, slag bath move- ment can also drive the metal droplet to flow in the slag bath, which takes the longer route and longer delayed time in slag and accelerate steel-slag reaction. However, with the mould rotation speed further increased to 35 r/min, the inclusion size is increased, which is attributed to the higher mould rotation speed resulting in dramatical movement of metal bath and metal droplet to lead to involve the slag to metal bath and to decrease the ability of electroslag remelting to absorb the inclusion
