摘  要:以高碳高铬钢为研究对象,通过变质处理研究了RE-Na/K和RE-Na/K-Ti两种RE复合变质剂对高碳高铬钢显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,高碳高铬钢经两种RE复合变质处理后,其组织中奥氏体晶粒得到细化,网状碳化物出现颈缩断开现象。高碳高铬合金钢的力学性能明显改善,硬度(HRC)和冲击韧度分别达到了41.5和7.6 J/cm2,比未变质处理的试验钢分别提高了2.9%和28.8%。RE-Na/K-Ti的变质效果优于RE-Na/K的变质效果。Effects of the both RE-Na/K and RE-Na/K-Ti compound modifier on the microstructure and properties of the high carbon-chromium alloy steel were investigated. The results show that both of the modifiers added in the high carbon-chromium alloy steel can refine the primary austenite effectively. The RE compound modifiers can play a obvious role in grain refinement, promoting network eutectic carbides dis-connection through constriction. Mechanical properties of the high carbon-chromium alloy steel are obviously improved, and hardness and impact toughness reach 41.5HRC and 7.6 J/cm2 , respectively, increased by 2.9% and by 28.8% compared with the unmodified steel. Re-Na/K-Ti modified agent is superior to RE-Na/K modified agent in modification effects.
