摘 要:通过对不同凝固压力下真空差压铸造ZL205A试样的致密度进行测试与分析,研究了不同凝固压力对真空差压铸造Al-Cu合金致密度的影响。结果表明,在真空差压单级加压工艺下,随着凝固压力增大,不同壁厚试样的致密度均增大。试样从近浇口端向顶端,致密度成V形变化趋势。而且随着凝固压力的增加,V形变化趋势逐渐平稳。分级加压凝固的试样致密度高于单级加压凝固压力试样致密度,在同一凝固压力下,壁厚越大,致密度越高。Effects of solidification pressure under different pressurizing processes on the relative density of A1-Cu Alloy in vacuum counter-pressure casting were investigated through testing and analyzing the rel- ative density across the ZL205A samples subjected to different solidification pressure. The results indi- cate that under single-controlled pressurization of vacuum counter-pressure casting, the relative density of different wall samples is improved with the increase of solidification pressure. Changing trend of the density exhibits V shape from gate to the top, moreover, the relative density is much more homogeneous with the increase of solidification pressure. Meanwhile, the relative density under grade-controlled pres- surization is higher than under single-controlled pressurization. Under the same solidification pressure, the relative density is increased with the increase of wall thickness.
